Welcome to the Spa Direct Terms & Conditions. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below.

Delivery Policy

The carriers we use for dispatch are Royal Mail for 1st class for orders under 2kg and MyHermes for standard parcel deliveries if over 2kg.  All goods will be dispatched within 3 working days, subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know. All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday – Friday.
